Profil: Jag är diplomerad/certifierad friskvårdskonsulent/hälsocoach, FaR-utövare och stresspedagog och jobbar i mitt egna företag med friskvård och folkhälsofrågor utifrån ett holistiskt perspektiv. Motion, kost, mental hälsa och god sömn är hörnstolpar för vårt välmående och om bara en av dessa kommer i gungning, påverkas alla de andra också negativt. Därför är individuell coaching en bra terapiform. Som exempel kan nämnas en enskild antistressbehandling. Jag håller kurser i integrerad mental träning med fokus på självbild målbild och mental styrketräning eller kortare föreläsningar om hälsa och livsstil. Jag gör individuella förslag på kostsammansättningar eller ett guidat rökavvänjningsprogram för dem som behöver det. Jag erbjuder även skräddarsydda aktivitetsprogram för grupper och företag. Det kan vara t.ex. en möhippa eller svensexa, en kick-off eller avdelningssamvaro. Varför inte en myskväll för två? Med detta i bagaget faller det sig naturligt att jag försöker hjälpa människor genom att engagera mig politiskt i just våra välfärdsfrågor. Centerpartiet är det parti som för mig känns som det enda rätta i just mitt område. Mitt val blev därför enkelt.

Om vi får inflytande ska vi i Centerpartiet i Svalövs kommun,
under de 100 första dagarna – ha startat med – eller infört:
Fixartjänst.
Enklare och snabbare bygglovshantering.
Barnomsorg på obekväm arbetstid och nattetid.
Föreningsstöd även till föreningar med vuxna.
Fritidsgård för barn upp till 12 år.
En hjärtstartare (defibrillator) även i Kågeröd.
Stödresurser i form av assistenter och stödpersoner i skolan.
En utvärdering av skolpengen.
Marknadsföring av kommunen som en attraktiv företagskommun.
Ett åtgärdsprogram som ska möta ungdomar med problem.
Skapa Grön omsorg.
Trygghetsboende för 55+ som ger möjlighet till individuell service och
ett kvarboende i det egna hemmet så länge som möjligt.
